Our wedding venue, Marie Selby Gardens is located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. There are three options for airports that we recommend you fly into.

#1 : Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)

SRQ is located in Sarasota and is the nearest airport to the Venue. We encourage guests to fly into SRQ if possible. It is a smaller airport and easy to navigate. Car rentals along with ride shares through Uber and Lyft

are available to reserve if needed.

SRQ is only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota along with other areas. There are hotels surrounding the airport if you choose to stay close to the airport. Some iconic Sarasota sites, such as the Ringling Museum are nearby to visit if you have time to check them out!

#2 : Tampa International Airport (TPA)

Tampa International is the largest airport within the area. TPA offers more flight options than SRQ. The distance between Tampa Airport and Sarasota is 55 miles. Driving time from TPA to Sarasota is roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on traffic.

#3 : St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE)

St. Pete-Clearwater airport is 48 miles from Downtown Sarasota, roughly a 1 hour drive.

Both TPA and PIE airports offer Uber or Lyft from to Sarasota.

Estimated costs using Uber or Lyft apps from TPA or PIE to Sarasota is around $90.
